Restaurant week, Puerto Vallarta

Forget New York or Los Angeles. When it comes to delicious food, you can’t beat Puerto Vallarta! Come check out Restaurant Week. Warning: You may love Puerto Vallarta so much – you’ll never want to leave.

Nothing draws a crowd more than delicious food. That’s why so many people flock to big cities like New York, Los Angeles and London. These cities know how to throw big food events in which dynamic restaurants offer special, fixed price menus for an entire week.

Well, you can add Puerto Vallarta to the foodie mix. Since 2005, this Mexican paradise has been hosting its own Restaurant Week, encouraging visitors and locals to experience a wonderful mix of restaurants’ delicious offerings at reduced prices.

From May 15 – 31, you can taste the off-the-charts amazing offerings by some of Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit’s most coveted restaurants. If you’ve always wanted to try some of the restaurants in these cities but didn’t quite have the budget for a night out, Restaurant Week typically offers great discounts.

Participating restaurants are once again offering diners innovative three-course menus, with three options available for each course. Each establishment can choose whether to offer their Restaurant Week menu at $269 or $399 pesos per person ($14 or $21). Tips and beverages are not included in this price.

Here are just a few of the restaurants that will be participating in this year’s Puerto Vallarta Restaurant Week:

Archie’s Wok

If you love the exotic flavors of China, Thailand and the Philippines, you’ll most likely love the menu from Archie’s Wok. This restaurant has been around since 1986 and for good reason: it consistently puts out delicious and memorable food.

Añejo Limon

Añejo means aged, and that means you will taste some of the best dry aged beef you’ve ever had in your life. This place imports and dry ages beef in house. Their menu is always creative and always really, really good.

3KTRINAS

Love Spanish tapas? Then you’ve got to come to Restaurant Week and check out 3KTRINAS menu. They elevate the typical tapas menu by adding delicious Mexican flavors.

If you’re going to visit the area in the next week, I encourage you to stop by Restaurant Week and explore the beautiful Banderas Bay area of Puerto Vallarta.

And, if you fall in love with the city and decide to stay contact me at alfredoh@tropicasa.com or 322.142.6296 and I’ll help you find your dream home. That way you can eat at these delicious restaurants all year long!
